PERC contracts with you as the employer to provide these resources at no-cost to your employees.

On-Demand Employee Resource Center
The PERC Employee Resource Center contains dozens of videos covering financial literacy. The resources cover topics like CalSTRS, CalPERS, Social Security, taxes, retirement, savings, budgeting, investment, debt management, and more. Pricing is based on the district’s or charter’s ADA.
On-Site Financial Wellness Workshops
Some employers want to bring in-person financial wellness education to their employees during a Professional Development day or back to school workshop. On-site workshops start at $1,000 + travel
